At New Year or every day!!! :smiley:

Don’t usually, but this time I really need to quit smokin again(gave up for 13 mths, then started again 3 mths ago, like a *******).

Here they are:

  1. Quit smoking.

  2. Not get involved with the wrong women.

  3. Sort out and pay my taxes.

  4. Start aiki and kendo again, and start at boxing/mma gym. Plus a sensible weights programme.

  5. Give myself a day off at least twice a month.

  6. Quit drinking before the last train.

  7. Quit ****ing smoking again!

There you go! The lucky seven! May not quite mean 2 and 3 though!!! :smiley:
