Reminder

Hello,

I would just like to remind everyone that this forum is not for the promotion of any specific agenda nor lineage or personal bias. I have watched some of the threads with itnerest and detect that some members may be crossing some lines. I just received a complaint about a specific thread and some members posting in a “troll-like” manner. I do not feel that it does us any good to name names…yet. Nor do I feel that we need to take any drastic action at this point in time.

However, I am remidning everyone to mind your manners and be considerate in your posts. I would humbly suggest that we return to the subject of Wing Chun and leave some of the more “personal” issues at the door. If you feel the need to discuss such things then please do so via e-mail or private messages. I think that most of us are clear on where we stand on some recent issues and further banter is unlikley to change anyones opinion. Rather than allow things to escalate, however unintentional that may be, I would call on all of us to respond in an adult, mature manner. Lets return to the art of Wing Chun and leave some of the other stuff alone.

Peace,

Dave

Ah Some sanity! I was starting to wonder if this was a Wing Chun forum or a self help group of some kind! Perusing the other forums I dont see half the arguing and fighting that I see on this forum!

Actually there are alot of forums which are much worse than this one. At least it has moderators, unlike some. Forums are like kindergardens, if you don’t supervise them, the crazy children go wild and ruin the peace and damage the facility, whilst the quiet ones sit in the corner watching.
