I know you are supposed to regulate your breathing while cold water dousing…
But when you are fighting, should u keep your breathing level normal…
or running, when you are done, and ur breathing rate is up, should u regulate it?
THe reason i ask is, your heart beat is increased, meaning it is flowing blood faster, which makes your heart work harder, does that mean your heart needs more oxygen? And will depriving it possibly cause a heart attack or long term effects somehow? (any part of body)
Thanx, and someone reply to my question about bruises please…

when fighting u will not be aware of ur breathing so why sweat it? if it is a real fight it will be over … one way or another before oxygen debt becomes an issue. after the fight u will have lots of time to puke and do the fish out of water gig.
should u regulate breathing, i can control my breathing if needed, and go into a zone where it seems like i can’t be touched(and usually are not)…I’m working on going into that zone easier, is that healthy?
I dont feel like i lose control of myself, i just feel like i know what im doing, and i see everything coming a mile away(at close distance) and i get more aggressive on the attack, i dont see any danger in it, anybody know how to improve that by a chance as well?

u r not in a fight … very hard sparring, could be … still not street … still not real … not skillful kung fu either
