Sydney

If you’re in Australia there’s always a chance of finding one of Erle Montaigue’s instructors. If you want fighting it would be worth checking out, if you want philosophy or “reputability”, you should probably go elsewhere.

friday

yes im Garry, do we know each other? maybe we have met before??

take care

Isn’t there some guy named Chen Xiao Wang in Australia?

Chen Xiaowang

Yes! The same thing occurred to me overnight. Chen Xiaowang is the current (is it 19th generation?) head of Chen faimily taijiquan. It would be hard to do better for authenticity, and he does indeed live in Sydney.

I’ve also heard of a chap named Rob Whitewood who teaches Xing-I there.

Re: fiercest tiger

Hi Fiercest Tiger,

The grandmaster’s name is Chan Hak Fu right?

I think the school is located in Chinatown on Liverpool street on the corner where the chinese restaurant is. The sifu there is Peter Kuo.

Isn’t Joce the student of Ma Sifu?
There Mo guan is located in Campbelltown

Me? I started Pak Hok about 6 years ago.

Dr. John Fung?

Has anyone heard of or studied with Dr. John Fung, a student of Wei Shuren who teaches “Imperial Yang Family Taijiquan”? His website is http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/TaiChi/
Content.htm

hmmm!!

ive met dr john, and seen his students get bounced from him. never tried it on me, so i cannot say anything about him although it looked more like leverage than jing explosion.

my 2 cents worth!
