got any good recipies for chicken feet. I bought some and want to make them super very tasty

The flavor you are looking for is probably “looed” (phonetic)

It’s also called “master sauce.” Each chef has their carefully guarded recipes. It usually consists of double dark soy, chicken stock, light soy, Chinese rice wine, ginger, star anise, possibly cinnamon depending, sugar and other individual touches. You make rather a lot of it, rarely (never) throw it out, and add more stock and soy to replenish it. If you aren’t going to use it daily (We ain’t chefs) it should be refrigerated or frozen.

Run a search for “looed,” or for Chinese Master Sauce. I’m sure something will pop up.
