qigong in upstate new york

i’m looking for a good qigong school in the albany/captial district area of new york state

i’m interested in it just for health reasons; i have way too much wing chun to learn first before doing any taiji or anything like that :slight_smile:

anyhow i figured i’d poll the best resource i got, seeing as my knowledge of qigong is rather lacking; and i think it might be better if people in the know gave me suggestions, opposed to me going to schools and deciding which is better with my limited knowledge of the stuff

I’ve learned some things from Sifu Jiang and his wife on several occasions. They’re both quite good and an extremely nice people.
