hello, most of my training has been in very hard styles. i would like to learn some form of basic qigong or meditation that would help develop my internal power,and yet simple enough to learn on my own as i do not have a qigong or meditation school near me. does anyone know how to help me ?

many qigongs can be learned from videos dvds etc.
they are exercises like any other. I canโt speak to the quality of instruction on all dvds, but if there are open questions, i imagine you can get in contact with anyone who produces such items.
meditation is even simpler to learn.
itโs the practice that takes the time.
Each style has its own breathing exercise.
In general, a lot of people like the eight brocade or Ba Duan Jing. There are a lot of videos on that subject.
