Plateauing on the legs.. suggestions invited

So I currently I do the following…

3*8 deep squats ie my thighs touch my calfs (I just squeeze out my last rep).

approx 2*8 partial deep squats always to failure (by partial I mean from all the way down to approx half way up, then straight back down - these burn :slight_smile: )

3*8 Quad extensions, individual leg, pyramid up to failure on weakest leg last rep.

Lately I dont seem to be progressing, I did this work out yesterday and this morning no satisfying ache. Que pasa?

Any suggestions for changing things up appreciated.

Cycle your weights. Switch to lower weights and ramp them up over time. If you always train at your max you won’t make progress and will probably lose strength over time.

You may want to cycle in dead lifts.
