So I currently I do the following…
3*8 deep squats ie my thighs touch my calfs (I just squeeze out my last rep).
approx 2*8 partial deep squats always to failure (by partial I mean from all the way down to approx half way up, then straight back down - these burn
)
3*8 Quad extensions, individual leg, pyramid up to failure on weakest leg last rep.
Lately I dont seem to be progressing, I did this work out yesterday and this morning no satisfying ache. Que pasa?
Any suggestions for changing things up appreciated.
