the guy that made the graphic added the flashing lights though. that place was huge. It had like four separate training floors so that multiple classes could go on at once, mens and womens locker rooms, an MA supply area (which unfortunately carried century gear), the works.

yes punk a§§, he does. In addition to his standup. many people now crosstrain. BJJ is far from superior though, as you’ll find out in your upcoming matches.
