Sao Paulo, yes? I believe I have met one of the sifu from there a couple of years ago. Very good instuctor & a nice guy to boot…Sifu Mendonca I believe his name was.

It’s good to see our South American Mantis brethern represented on here. I too have met Sifu Mendonça when he visited the states a while back. He is very knowledgeable and talented, I enjoyed our workout sessions very much.

Yes, the popularity of Jiu Jitsu here is like some insane fever… Lots of guys here start training just to pick fights as soon as possible.
So, finding a good place to learn tradicional Kung Fu, Qi Gong, oriental philosophy and history is very very difficult. It seems that I found what I was looking for

You are definitely in mantis country in Florida. My Sifu (Wah Lum) is from there as are many in our style, including Master Chan. Work Hard.
