Well so far so good , been working on some of the problems with firefox [thanks everybody for the advice ]

The site looks really good! My only suggestion is to bump up the contrast on nightime videos–it’s hard to see what’s really going on-- other than that keep it coming! Thanks.

Well never learned them in any ‘‘offical’’ way , my friend Robert Kincaid is a inst. under Vunak
he handed me some stick and said lets spar ! it was allways about getting better attributes [ like footwork and timing ] along the way knife sparring and dumog and the kicking etc…
now he has been invited to train in Cebu and and i’m sure i will be getting more stuff when he comes back or if i go with him
but i’m not really a stick guy just use the training to super charge the hands and feet . plus it’s a great way to work out your core and balance .
Wing chun is my filter and were i really invest my time the other stuff is just fun and free no need to be all perfect about it just play 
you can do alot for your wing chun development if you understand what you need to isolate and insert it into stick and knife stuff , just have to have a open mind and a clear goal

Yep guys Paul is on my site [try and find him haha ] maybe i’ll put up his video’s as well ,
there a few other guys from the forum there but we will leave them nameless for now
keep checking in the next few days i will be putting up clips from Sifu Lams new DVD’s
