What was your first and favorite wing chun web site out there. I believe it was Planet Wing Chun or Master A. Fong for me. What’s your opinion? I would love to visit your favorite wing chun web site. It might be hard to get a response. You know; there are a lot of player haters on this forum who just can’t show love, usually the less talented ones.
Oh yeah, I forgot about that one, that’s a real good one, more or less in my top five. Az wing chun that’s cool; I’m going to it right now. I can tell you been around for a long time, cause that’s an old one. Oh yeah that’s what I’m talking about.

Speaking of Ernie’s site…
Hey Ernie, In the latest video, is that you that Sifu Lam is bouncing off the mat like a hand-ball?

not me i think it’s Artie , one of the students , but i have been on Gary airlines many times and even with out the safety net
last year he did a demo on me during a class mates wedding , i was all dressed up new shiney shoes and all i got dropped and tossed so hard the people just kept walking up the rest of the night asking if i was o.k.

Ernie,
I can see why…
Gary Lam sifu has some mad skills. Very impressive, IMHO.
Bill,
It’s getting even crazier these days, he is back in the gym, running and swimming, I was feeling pretty good about myself, could even hold my own for a bit and dominate position, but now it’s like fighting a young Gary and it’s just sick, fun but sick
In a few months if he keeps it up and he drops some weight, I don’t even want to be around, it’s awesome to see how just a little conditioning can elevate skill so much even is a man in his mid fifties, there is hope for me yet =)
The demo might be on film if I get it I’ll post it on my site, I get socked and thrown across a dance floor into some tables, then I ripped a pak sau at him [big mistake] and all I remember was my jaw shifting and then I remember seeing my feet over my head, then looking up from the ground at him and hear the crowd gasp
It was great but my hip was sore for about 2 weeks landed right on my hip bone.
That’s the cool thing about Gary nothing is rehearsed ever even his videos it’s just him live, but man it is a bit of a adrenaline rush to be on the receiving end
Originally posted by PaulH Gary is a trip! His eyes just get more excited and narrowed when he got hit. I’m never quite sure he is mad or just smiling when he looks at you. =)
most skilled fighters i have come across and this really stands out in wing chun , get that crazy giggle when they get hit ‘’ like a green light to release there skills goes off in there head ‘’
the ones that scare me are the ones that go blank and get that serial killer look . like you are just a piece of meat and not a person , and even when you nail them good they just keep the same state of mind
