Marcus, you guys really need to make the attacks more convincing. In “chop choy with two follow up” the “attacker” throws the worst punch I’ve ever seen. No power, no alignment and it wouldn’t have hit anyway. The “vs Roundhouse” the “kicker” isn’t even close to doing a roundhouse, inside or outside cresent or any other kick that is supposed to come in from the side, note the right foot.

You’re obviously proud of your school, but you guys really have to put better material on the web to show off.

Updated the site and added a few more movies. One of em is a drill where we practice using kwan sau vs hi roundhouse kicks.

Also - now there are better explanation with picures.

Do you guys have similar training drills in your schools? Just curious.

Nice site. I love the movies. To be honest I tried that kwan sau daily practice in my class. Skinny and short people have deceptively hard bones. Pads huh?

Who is the kid doing the “whipping tan sau”? I can understand the feeling his partner had. He must have whipped it good cos the guys shoulder dropped!

Keep up the good work. Was this the reason you wanted gym space as part of your offer? lol.

WTF? The Roundhouse would land WAY before the spinning kick. The guy does half the kick then stops till he gets sweeped.
