New Book: Pretty Good

The Black Book of Training Secrets by Christian Thibaudeau

I just got this today, and it looks pretty good after thumbing through it. Christian had impressed me with some of his articles, I’ve read, so I decided to give this a try. It has semi-technical parts, but Christian does a real good job of explaining in a way that most anybody should understand. The book goes over different training methods (ballistic, strength-speed, speed-strength, maximal, repetitive effort, etc), determining personal needs, various lifts, periodization, agility drills, and gives a good intro program and descriptions of olympic lifts.

Worth the money.

How much does it cost?

Hey Ford, you’ve got pm.
