Hello Tigre, Yuan Man Kai was a student of Hwang Han Xun’s (WHF), They are from Hong Kong Mantis family . The Black Tiger Boxing set is one used by most, not all, of this system and others. It’s a short set that utilizes two finger eye pokes, Mantis hands, backhand wrist strikes and shutteling of the feet from right side to left and much more. Practice of this set helps get the mantis hands relaxed and quick. Hope this helps.
