Holy mother of god! If you listen closely, you can hear the disks rupturing… Lift safe. Sure you can lift more with poor form sometimes, but it just isn’t worth the risk.

WOW!, I always try to look at the ceiling when doing DLs or squats. It helps me to keep my back arched and in proper form.

hah. That DL would be disqualified for hitching.
