could not be made for out of country users. um yet it loaded up for me. :dunno:
I was also having problems loading the site, I gave up after a few minutes. No thanks. ugh.

With twenty five years experience in Seven Star Praying Mantis, Master Pel is a very traditional and accomplished teacher, brining a demanding no none-sense approach to training. Modern Competition Wushu Forms
If you are interested in learning modern competition wushu forms then you can contact Alvin Guo. He is the owner of the center and teaches the wushu and taiji classes. Alvin has been studying wushu since a young child and is a very accomplished athlete. He use to represent Shanghai competing at the national level, taking a number of championships. An ankle injury ended his career early, but he still teaches the Shanghai wushu team in addition to running the private Long Wu Kungfu center.
