I got an e-mail from Mr. Henry Mok, he advised me there was an order minumum of 10 copies for LKW’s new book at about $150 USD.
What will I do with 10 copies of his book? I only wanted one.

yes thats a problem. But here is a solution: there are so many here on the board located in the USA. Why don´t you contact them and get some 10 books together and share the price?
It must be of no problem.
Or: just buy ten and sell them here via PM. Maybe you can get some extrabucks … 
I would buy at least one, if not more (depending on what my students want.
