Currently I do sit ups, squats, dumbell presses, arm curls, behind the neck pulldown, and tricep pulldown
And my vote for least favorite goes to the squat, although its an excellent mass builder, and works for than just your legs (whole body) it can be an exhausting exercise
I stick to one-legged variety because for some reason, my body just doesn’t dig the standard squat. Must be my lanky legs. The standard squat gets my vote too. My favorite would be the deadlift or kettlebell snatches.
I love to squat but my quads get big too fast and it limits my mobility, My least favorite is behind the neck presses,( only because I have a messed up rotator cuff and thats when I really feel it.
