whats up guys
im starting my food control blog

what do i here?
i say the things i eat
its rougly 2:40am so for now theres not much, but tomorrow it will be all exposed in here :stuck_out_tongue:

beggining:
last time i ate was maybe 1 hour ago -> a lot of junk, stuff one shouldnt eat

result of the day:
BAD! BAD!! BAD!! FAT!!

weekly control for past week:
current weight status: Uknown
bodyfat: Uknown
overall physical status: FAT *******!!
overall mental status: crappy the usual. a bit depressive yesterday.

Learning to lose word of the day:

It’s ok to eat junk food so long as you cleanse reguarly. Eating more fibres will allow the food to go trhough your system faster and will reduce the absorbtion of fat.

today:
woke up close to 2pm
was eating quite the few (just 1 tuna and some bread, then yogurts)
at night got feeling weird and and realised had nothing really to eat exepct tuna… and i have been eating tuna for so long… oh not tuna again… then i bought a pizza. i think i ate about 3/5 of it

exercise
after the pizza did some pushups and 40 mins bike while watching tv

result of the day:
i think its quite lame. ā€œi have seen old people with more motivation than you.ā€

Future motivation:
In two weeks might be on a hotel room for some 3 days with a lady woman girl of the female sex. Dont wanna look TOOOO bad. Being ugly hurts, being a bit less ugly can be a slight anestesic.

Eat a salad. Make it yourself with fresh ingredients. Try an olive oil dressing rether than mayo. It’ll probably be boring, and you’ll want to quit before you’ve eaten the whole thing (don’t make to big a one!) … and this will force you to make something better next time, as well as fill you up with healthy food.:wink:

Oh, and don’t eat anything at 0140. Go to ****ing bed. You don’t need that last fwap do you!? :stuck_out_tongue:

The salads i never eat at home… to lazy to prepare… but maybe ill give it a try
Normally i eat plenty of salad during lunch, cos usually i eat out on lunch.

I ate at 1:40… but i actually only slept at 6am…

My face is not that ugly, but the body is. Very :smiley:
You just gotta believe me, i wont even take my shirt off at the beach.

dude, i havent got to that gym yet. I intend to do so 2 days from now cos i dont got class that day.
probably i will check it out, set up a day for evaluation (physical… you know bodyfat and stuff) and only after that will start. But i also gotta think of when cos 2 weeks from now ill be outa town the whole week so i dont wanna waste me money :smiley:

That’s no good. You might feel constepated for the next few days as the fat tries to work through your system.

for the record, I **** every day, and I don’t have the highest fiber intake in the world.

Anyhoo, like matt said xeb, you can use an olive oil dressing. Also, I’d suggest a vinegrette. I’ve had raspberry and strawberry vinegrettes that are excellent. I also like balsamic vinegar.

I get those Meal Replacement Shakes from GNC. They’re pretty good. Packed full of protein and all kinds of other good stuff. They are the perfect little tied you over snack.

sometimes I drink a shake at breakfast with some cereal and then another in like mid afternoon.

today:
well… i still had pizza… so i had to finish it
so i ate like 3 slices + like 2 pieces of the board (with cheese inside) that i didnt eat yesterday… then i ate some yogurt
then i did exercise -> reverse push ups + biceps (air lifting) + 45 mins cardio (bike)
then i ate tuna, some veggie and tiny pizza board

result of the day:
pretty good. ā€œyou are almost a professionalā€

None. I recognized death is the only truth to life. I live becouse my insticts force me to do so.

Chief, usually i use cereal bars, sometimes protein bars (these are so expensive, man!!)

Seven, by vinagrette you mean that stuff with onions, tomatoe and other stuff sliced real tiny to put on other stuff?

Oh and btw i might eat 1 fruit now or soon, if i fail to sleep soon.

You ever stop and think that your instincts are right, and your intellect is wrong? Your intellect is engaging in a logical fallacy.

My advice would be to eat something with protein in it every time you eat. Those cereal bars are marketed as healthy, but if you read the label, most of them are filled with sugar. Combining a snack with protein is much better than carbs or fat alone. A better snack would be nuts or trail mix, a small sandwich, a meal replacement shake if you can afford them, etc. Also stuff that isn’t easy to eat really quickly will keep you from overeating.

My other advice would be to make it your goal to eat veggies with every meal that isn’t a snack. Do you have a rice cooker? You buy fresh vegetables and steam them really easily in the rice cooker.

If you drink a lot of water (and drink water pretty much exclusively), it will keep the calories down.

Eating tuna sandwiches and yogurt and pizza will give you some of the macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat), but you are missing out on a lot of important stuff if you don’t get more fruits and vegetables. Get more color on your plate. Olive oil as a condiment makes almost all vegetables taste better.

Lastly, make your carbohydrate intake proportional to the activity in the few hours after the meal. Except after you workout, then you should get some protein and carbohydrates regardless of what you are doing after.

A lot of people who can keep up good eating habits for a couple of months start to lose their taste for bad food, so don’t worry, with time this food control will get easier.

I also eat peanut butter sandwiches on one piece of wheat bread for quick snacks.

Low fat cottage cheese is pretty good too.

and I love those baby carrots for snacks too. Although sometimes you get a bad one and it’s just nasty.

This food log is a great idea. Soon you’ll start to see a connection between what you eat and how you feel. Keep it up.

i fallen asleep so i could not post about yesterday :smiley:

yesterday:
after 3 long hours of sleep (ouch) ate 1 slice o pizza + 1 glass of ā€œmoloko plusā€ (milk). ate 1 cereal bar in mid-morning. At lunch ate all sorts of stuff: beans, rice, meat, and lots of veggies.
Afternoon ate another cereal bar. Night ate tuna + olives (i think those are called olives… its that green little things).

exercise:
not a change… slept at 8:30pm!!! Its my new record for earliest sleep time!

I do prefer them protein bars dude, but like i said they’re much more expensive. I cant really eat whatever i want when im at uni you know, if i was at home id eat yogurt since its got proteins and carbs and good price… when at uni i just eat em bars. They do have sandwinches there but sometimes those arent very… good… for the stomach…
Not that i ever had any problem when ate those, but friends o mine have already.

I dunno what a rice cooker is :confused: but ill see wath i can do

Oh and i never lost the taste for bad food when i lost weight. Nor did anyone else i know who have lost weight, man…

I like that too. some ppl think that it’s not a man thing to like salads, but if you’re a serious maer and have a serious attitude you can do what you want.
