I was just at the Royal Ontario Museum this evening with my lovely wife.
Walked into a gallery and it was filled with stone Buddahs.
Awesome, to say the least, most interesting was that I was drawn to one in particular over in a corner at the end of a line of many, I looked at the statue from across the room, smiled (felt like laughing actually) and walked over.
It was a representation of the LuoHan Bodidharma.
Man, that is a room worth walking in and taking in.
Anybody who lives near Toronto, take the time to go see it. It’s free on friday nights.
