it’s not so much what I believe is right - I do not doubt the law you cite, just trying to look at the pragmatics of it; as far as the whole jurisdiction issue, I would be interested in that - but it’s not an American suing a foreigner, it would be the other way around - HW is in Colombia, LKFMDC is in the US;
