Ironfist, I know how you can finally bulk up!

I knew that would make you look.

I’ve been contemplating getting a 20 - 40 lb weight vest, 20 lb ankle weights (I only have 10’s right now) and maybe either a 10 lb weight belt or some heavier wrist weights and walking around in them all day, except working hours. the vest I get will be contoured, so I can wear that even at work, and could also wear it during judo and bjj - maybe…depends on how hard the weights are. If you do that, you could bulk up - you’d just have to take the weight off everyday, but hey, at least you’d know what it feels like to be big, right?

What do you think?

I’ve also found thigh weights and weighted shorts, but the thigh weights are too light, and the weighted shorts are probably uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the price, considering the weight of them.

where do you get a weighted vest??

there are several sites online -

http://www.ambersports.com/wvest.htm has the cheapest one you will be able to find. it’s not contoured or anything, so wearing in under clothes may make you seem real bulky. But, it’s weighted and it’s cheap. the weights aren’t distrubuted as evenly either, I’d imagine.

here’s another that is fairly cheap:

now, for the big boys:

the length of this one may not make it suitable to wear under clothes, BUT they have a 50lb one, which is the heaviest I’ve seen so far.

here’s one that seems to be contoured very well:

http://www.nefitco.com/weight_vest.html - I like this one.

This next is a set - it’s the vest and shorts. very expensive, but may work well. I dunno if the shorts would be that comfy though

This last one is completely badass. It’s custom fit ant very contoured. You can wear this thing anywhere. It’s reflected in the price too, though.

I knew that would make you look.

So if I don’t reply, you would think that I never looked, right?

IronFist

nah, I would know, I just couldn’t prove it

lol! We could get one of those muscle man costumes and fill it with iron!

I KNEW this was going to be a joke,no doubt.

Why don´t you just get a frigging heavy leather jacket?

cheaper

go to goodwill

find a down vest or an old coat,

fill it with iron pellets or even cheaper, sand or stone.

Reinforce the seam at several points up the coat to keep it in there,

For 2 dollars and an hour of work you have one you can practice with in your back yard

Or fill a backpack (goodwill 3 dollars) with rocks.

You could also sew in those iron palm bags to your jacket.

that is very economical…AND efficent!!!
