I’ve been contemplating getting a 20 - 40 lb weight vest, 20 lb ankle weights (I only have 10’s right now) and maybe either a 10 lb weight belt or some heavier wrist weights and walking around in them all day, except working hours. the vest I get will be contoured, so I can wear that even at work, and could also wear it during judo and bjj - maybe…depends on how hard the weights are. If you do that, you could bulk up - you’d just have to take the weight off everyday, but hey, at least you’d know what it feels like to be big, right?
I’ve also found thigh weights and weighted shorts, but the thigh weights are too light, and the weighted shorts are probably uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the price, considering the weight of them.
http://www.ambersports.com/wvest.htm has the cheapest one you will be able to find. it’s not contoured or anything, so wearing in under clothes may make you seem real bulky. But, it’s weighted and it’s cheap. the weights aren’t distrubuted as evenly either, I’d imagine.
