Hi Iron Ox Southern Mantis practitioners in England i think one of you was Giles Milner and Chow Gar practitioner Nish what i was wondering is what happened to the Chow Gar Forum and can you guys help me get the book that just came out on the 31 of August on Amazon.com they are saying its out of print its called Iron-Ox Praying Mantis Kung Fu: Cross-pattern Lee Family Boxing Set By Sifu Muras i could send you guys the money for the book if you know where to get 1 in England , i really want this book I have been waiting years for this second Iron Ox book to come out and in 1 day they are saying its out of print .
