Does anyone out there know of any good instructional Videos On Lama Pai or Choy Lay Fut?

You can PM a member here called Sow Choy. Hes the producer and director of those videos.
Think the Sup Gee Kao da dvd would probably be the best to give you an idea of how they are.
If you dont mind, maybe you could even write a write up on what you think of those vids when you done with it.
