O.K. - this one goes hand in hand with my “I’m a wuss” thread. My wrist hurts like a bitch and has done for the last three days. I struggled to do 220 bench this morning and I probably shouldn’t have lifted at all - my wrist kept threatening to collapse on me. The cause? [SIZE=1]Scooping out a pumpkin for Halloween with an ice-cream scoop[/SIZE]. Seriously :D.
