What’s the fastest way to heal a hyper extended elbow?

rest, ice for the first few days, very light stretching if it causes no pain, and make sure you’re eating plenty of the proper building blocks* to repair it.

  • building blocks does not mean legos, so don’t even think about it.

What are the proper building blocks? Protein? Carbs?

When healed, strengthen triceps.
This has helped me greatly in stopping hyperextending my elbows.

Massage, warmth, rest. Gentle exercise as pain subsides.

Eat well and balanced and you’ll get what you need. Drink lots of water. Be nice to your mum and do all your chores.

Out of interest, how did you hyper-extend it in the first place?

like a good parrot, serpent is nibbling on the cracker of correctness. a good, balanced diet is best. plenty of protein for building blocks, carbohydrate to keep you going, and the right kinds of fat (fish, nuts, etc.).

and the other stuff? that’s just wholesome goodness. if you live in such a positive way, you’ll be happy, and happy people get well quicker.

and if you’re nice to your mum, she might kiss your poor elbow, and everyone knows kisses from mum makes all the difference in the healing of booboos.
