I get paid to take lessons…Seriously.

I’m an asst instructor and get paid for classes I teach as well as get to attend all the classes I want(except when I am teaching) and have a private lesson with sifu once a week for free.

not neccesarily-I train with three great teachers-none of whom charge me anything.
-and these men are the most knowledgeable and giving teachers I’ve ever met.
One of my Hung-Ga Sifus, never charged me either. He simply said I could repay him by carrying on the tradition.

I used to pay $75 a month for Shaolin-Do…

Now I take judo for free…

I also don’t charge for private lessons in certain Taoist internal and Tantric training…

Isn’t that the biggest price? Being responsible for carrying on a tradition?
