I’ve always wondered. The thread about beer giving you a pump in the training forum made me think to ask this. I know beers are around 100 calories, +/- 20 or 30 or whatever depending on the beer.
What’s like vodka or something around the 80 proof level?

So calories are constant throughout the various alcohols.
I was just curious. For me the more calories the better. But sometimes I get worried that I’m not getting enough calories… but if I know how much is in a shot it helps me better estimate how much I’m getting.
