Have any of you ever used san soo on the street?

If so, please tell me your story. Thanks in advance.

Why do you ask?

Well, it seems like it would work well on the street to me.

Streetwise

It’s quite effective and quick. but most people don’t consider the moving target and quick takedowns and strikes in the studio. a rule of thumb is that on the street you are half the belt that you are in the studio. I’ve used it but never to the devastating effects of its full potential.

San Soo…

…is just a format to compete in martial arts. I wouldnt consider it a whole diff style or anything. It uses the same kicks, punches, and takedowns as regular kung fu…

Sorry, got San Da and San Soo confused. Too many headkicks…
