I’m 32 years old today. And feeling every bit of it. Took a ‘basic’ Brazilian jiujutsu class last night. I’ve got mat burns up and down both shins and on the top of both feet. I’ve turned into such a wuss.

Only seen scenes from Pedicab Driver. Hear both are really good. But the fight between Sammo and Lau Kar Leung I saw was pretty freaking dynamite.

Never seen either one. But I’ve heard of MB, so I’ll wager on that.

Ug. Zu. That movie has the taint. When Neo (The Matrix) becomes enlightened, he looks cool. When Yuen Biao and the other guy become enlightened, they suddenly appear in leather dungarees that show off their nipples. And then they have to ‘put their swords together.’ Not cool.
Spooky Encounters, on the other hand, looks awesome.
The Victim vs. Millionaire’s Express
Really liked Millionaire’s Express. Rothrock when she was cool. Richard Norton (who’s always cool). And Sammo plays an unusual character for him. Liked a lot.

jujitsu class, I was comparing to Ap’s mat burns, got a couple of those as well. i just caught the mat wrong and pulled the toe out sideways. it’s kinda sticking out to the side now.
we are starting to get into high gear for the october tourny.
