BTW…can anyone tell me how long I should wait before doing any hard sparring? Like I said, I lost by ref stoppage b/c I couldn’t defend but at no point did I feel hurt or in danger of getting KO’d…After my fight, I wasn’t stunned or anything, but I did take some big shots during the fight, and until yesterday the sides of my head were maybe a little sore…but its all on the outside…I didn’t have any headaches or anything after the fight…but like I said, I did get hit pretty hard a few times…and I want to err on the side of caution…

Yeah we were waiting around for the rules meeting and this dude is like is there anyone here that wants to fight…and I probably wouldn’t have done it but I did get this kind of pensive look on my face and the guy was like “You look like you want to do it…do you?” So we talked about it and luckily everything fell into place…
