H.B. UN Praying Mantis book..what form is this?

Hi all,

I was fortunate to pick up a book on mantis by H.B. UN(the local library discarded it).Does anyone know what the form was that is being demonstrated?

Also, I know he also wrote a book on Bak Mei. Has he written books on any other styles?

His book was one of the earliest books on mantis in English. He was a student of Northern Praying Mantis under Won Hon Fun. The book covers the Bung Bu (Crushing Step) form with applications.
