I just numbered them for the heck of it. They are actually in no particular order. Love em’ all! Peace.
The Victim, Knockabout, Drunken Master 1 and 2, Mad Monkey Kungfu, Dragons Forever, Wheels on Meals, Fist of Legend, Nig Trouble in Little China, Kid With the Golden Arms, Five Fingers of Death, Game of Death (for heresy’s sake, I’ll point out this is my favorite Bruce Lee movie), When Taekwondo Strikes, The Buddhist Fist
in no specific order;
Gymkata
Crippled Kung-Fu -actually, I;m not sure of that title, but they actually have these guys with physical deformities doing really bad kung-fu
can’t think of any others that rank that high, except the made for TV movie from Kung-Fu with David Carradine and Brandon Lee-total crap
I think the one with the two cripples; one with no arms, one with no legs; was called Crippled Masters.
Some of my faves in no particular order:
Just about anything with Jet Li, especially Fist of Legend, Once Upon a Time in China, Tai Chi Master…and so on.
Project A 1 and 2
Police Story series
Dreadnaught
Prodigal Son
Green Hornet (Chinese version)
Deadend of Besiegers
Fearless Hyena
So many more…to list them all would take more time than I have right now. This is just a sample.
errrrrr, Im with the Kid, i LIKE ANYTHING with my man Jet IN IT!!! with or without his clothes;) kiicking or assss or just sitting there;) i dont mind, as long as he is IN IT! but my fav would have to be Fist Of Legend without a doubt.
I like a few Jacki movies, Drunken master, and a few recent hollywood ones…
A few Bruce Lee onces, specifically, Enter the Dragon, ummm, and the occasional other martial arts flick.
oh, and I LOVE ALL THE AMERICAN NINJA SEQUELS ESPECIALLY AMERICAN NINJA 5! so sue me:p is that the proper spelling for sue? lol, never mind.
Some of my favorites (since I couldn’t resist responding) - in no particular order:
Shaolin Challenges Ninja
Five Deadly Venoms
Shaolin Rescuers
The Prodigal Son
Beggar So (AKA Hero Among Heroes)
Master Killer
Drunken Master 2
Last Hurrah for Chivalry
Once Upon a Time in China
Fist of the North Star (really cheesy but I like it)
The Young Master
Legend of Zu
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Great story, with or without the martial arts.
Drunken Master/Drunken Master II: Both incredible fighting movies, and funny.
Young Master: Jackie Chan again, and not for the last time.
Project A: I love Jackie Chan Movies.
My Lucky Stars: I own a lot of Jackie Chan Movies.
Chinese Connection, Fists of Fury, Return of the Dragon, Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee is the reason I got into martial arts when I was a kid.
Once Upon a Time in China: Jet Li at his best as an actor.
Street Fighter: Sonny Chiba was the best of the Japanese martial arts stars.
Five Deadly Venoms: Just watched it this weekend for the first time. Good old school movie. Not a lot of fighting, but it actually has a plot, unlike a lot of old time movies.
The Heroic Trio: Any guy has to like this movie. I like the artistry of wire fighting, even if it’s unrealistic. It takes a heluva lot work.
The Duel: Another high flying movie. I like swords, too.
