Is the Eagle Claw system as good as what I have read? Is anybody here pratcing Eagle Claw? Thanks min advance for the input!

Eagle Claw is quite full on, and develops skills to a number of levels.
I was fortunate enough to study Ying Jow Pai in Concord, CA with the Lilly Lau KF Federation for two years. I loved it. Chin Na gallore, weapons training and basic Shaolin sets to start you off with. I would continue in the art if a school was near by.
