DIY Iron Shirt

I’m thinking of training in Iron Shirt by myself. Basically, if I just slap my torso from every angle getting progressively harder each day, will this do it?

I dont get it is this a serious post or not? If if this poster is not trolling why all the corny jokes? Im assuming this poster is serious so here is some advice. My teacher mentions not to strike the kidneys, all other areas ,chest ribs, back sides of the wasit are ok for striking. Your arms swing from side to side both striking the body simultaneously one in front of your body one in the back. Exhale sharply and contract your body on contact. can do this for three minutes. Pat your kidneys gently after you are done.you cant use fist instead of slap,with moderate contact.
