I am stuck behind a computer all day. I don’t have time at lunch to hit the gym. What I did recently has helped my day go by a little faster and gives me a chance for a little strength conditioning while at work. I use a program called Post-It Notes Lite (free program). I make a note and set an alarm to go off every hour. When it goes off, I stop what I am doing and do ten pushups, 10-20 crunches, and try to take a fast-paced walk to the breakroom or bathroom. By the end of the day I get in about 80 pushups and 80-100 crunches. I am going to find some new baoding balls this weekend.
Actually, alot of the people I work with know I do Wing Chun (Its what happens when you start to do Chi Sau with ethe guy across from you, he takes the same class I do!). I normally just find an empty office or room somwhere during lunch and do some drills. I get a lot of wierd looks but everyone here leaves me alone.
Mmm - using it once as an example of my lack of wisdom. Yep - that’s a big deal.
keep your chin up little trooper
Wow - Condescending AND arrogant. Wow - you Californians are really impressing me these days
In theory, as a car-loving soccer player, you should get my approval, but you’re battling hard against it. Keep your chin up little trooper - you’ll make it through.
BTW: Are you in any way affiliated with SA? - you seem more bothered about this that me. Just curious
LONELYNESS: You’re not alone in battling with lonelyness - but yet you are alone. So very, very alone.
Anyway - I’m a Broncos fan, so I guess the whole hatred thing is to be expected. Walking thru LA airport with a Broncos shirt on got me a few looks from white-boy nutters in Fred Durst caps with baggy-assed jeans

Now I know how world wars start. It is amusing how a thread about personal training habits turned in to a territorial battle. That’s what I love about this forum.
I will now take the time to quote Eric Wright: “Don’t quote me boy 'cause I ain’t said sh!t”
…the boys in the hood are always hard…come talking that trash we’ll…nevermind. Rock on brothers!
