It really comes down to this gentlemen. We all have day jobs. If Gene wants to HIRE me at the rate I am currently making and make me moderator supreme…I would do a great job. No one is going to sift through a million threads for…well for nothing really. It will all start again tomorrow. Moderating this forum would be a full time job and if you want it done properly someone would have to be well compensated.
Hire me for this job as kung fu moderator! If I were getting paid a fair price I would be totally fair and not biased. I would get rid of all the porn ads, attacks, debates that have nothing to do with the threads. My first action would be to delete this thread.

I have been a memeber on here for over 14 years and a moderator for the NPM board for a while and I am always helpful, kinds respectful and courteous towards others, you can ask most anyone on here, I dont hide my identiy, I have shared openly with many people and speak to many of the members on the phone and even invited some to do demos and seminars at my school.
However since this website has taken a turn for the worse i simply treat others who treat me the same way. and i feel sad that I must stoop to that level. I am so much better than that so I just put them on ignore list, but then they say things to other that get quoted when i wasnt even talking to them or about them, this behavior has got bto be moderated.
I have only a problem with 3 of the thousands of member on here, frost knfiefighter adn LKFDMC no one else. funny thing though these same people have been having trouble with everyone here not just me so their attitdude is what makes them who they are.

dude I hate HW8 in a special way, and I once wanted to try and get him banned from here, but you know what? It’s not worth it. Because when I start trying to tell people that what they say is wrong and for that they should be banned I’m not better than they.
