We are scheduling a new video shoot. It will be a
“Self Preservation Empty Hands” training vid. Much
of the material found in our older videos is no
longer used. This new video will teach the new
material, tactics and training.

All the videos on my website contain material we
currently use and stand by. I’ve removed anything
that had older material.

The new video will go into production in the next
month.

We are starting a video special for August. Any
DVD or VHS is $30.00

We no longer use hubud, chi sao or any other cooperative energy drills. We have a new progressive resistance program that develops all the tactical elements.

We have expanded the pre fight “threat recognition” area. The material on “clarity of purpose” has grown. There is more verbal, sucker punch and pre-emptive material.

There are new training methods for developing individual areas of the fight game.

Many new tactics have been added.

Sounds good Demi, why did you drop the flow drills? I guess you’re keeping the pants.:smiley:

Progressive Resistance = Function

Flow Drills = Nothing

It has been said that flow drills allow you to still train when your in your 90’s…

If that’s so then train them when your 90.

We have found better ways of getting people functional.

Point being if it doesn’t work when someone’s not cooperating then it doesn’t work at all.
