just wanna introduce myself as i am new to this forum. im fr. vancouver, canada and i practice choy lee fut (chan family). does anyone have any clf videos or know any good links i can download fr.?

you also have my sifu’s very first dvd of the set called “left right shooting snake” which is a pretty good set. my sifu also sheds some light into how we do things at our school.

also, there is a clf school in france that has some short but cool video clips of a good number of sets on the internet.

and i am working on my own line of dvd’s as well. so stay posted.

Some of those forms are Chan family since their sifu is also learning from Grandmaster Wong Gong…

Hehe, my Sifu Mak Hin Fai has a bunch of forms.

Depending on how good you are I suggest you take a look at our “Fu-Pow” form if you really like Panther/Leopard.

It is a really awesome form.

Know sifu ng of family clf in Arcadia, have clf motions of family and hung sing in san shou (2 rounds of SS) from a Fu Fighter in san diego. can show it to give CLF students motivation for their faith and time in clf for free.
