Its all in that page you clicked “I Agree” to 2451 posts ago. without ever reading all the legalese.
Most say that says that the forum can ban and/or censor a person if they don’t abide by the rules.
THE FIRST AMENDMENT DOES NOT APPLY.
While most folks never come in conflict with the TOS that agree to, there are those who swear the First Amendment applies to internet forums (they are wrong), and then, there are the jackhoffs who think that they are above it all and not subject to, or too stupid to understand the consequences of clicking on the “I AGREE” button.

Actually, I kind of nearly left the forum on my own for the same reasons Buddy is complaining about. I just didn’t get myself “dunce capped”. I’ve only posted there a couple time this month. Once to offer a rideshare for a training get together and once to tell a friend I liked his article. I don’t really fine the place useful for martial arts discussion anymore.
The new features are cool. I like those. The new moderation style though…
blech.
The place is no longer really an IMA board. Now it’s just another martial arts board like this one with no real uniqueness.
