Hah! I looked at that link and there’s one of my really old posts! Updated info below that I hope helps that took me about 5 seconds with Google.

This is Leung Ting’s “wing tsun” branch in Brisbane. I don’t know if they’re any good, but that web page has some cute girls on it (even though one is slacking with a lowish bong sau), so I reckon it’s worth a look. Be wary, however - the girls may just be a honey trap and there are actually no girls present at the school - in that case I would recommend you look elsewhere as if they’ll lie about the girls, they’re bound to lie about the free brochure you can get. But I for one would love a free brochure, so if nothing else get one of those.

This is a William Cheung guy in Brisbane, Alfredo del-Brocco. I don’t know if these guys are any good either, and their web page has no cute girls doing chi sao with each other so I can’t personally recommend them on that basis. However, the web page says they have over 500 members, so there are bound to be some cute chi-sao’ing girls in there somewhere!

This has links to two of Ian Protheroe’s schools in Brisbane. There are no cute girls on this page, but they have a picture of the school and it looks like a nice place to train. One of those schools appears to be by invitation only so you’ll have to check the other one.

Other than that, if you’re willing to travel half an hour you might try one of Jim Fung’s schools at the Gold Coast. I won’t link them here because I’m sure you can find them if you really want to. You might also find some smaller schools around the place teaching if you’re lucky, and I still recommend grabbing a Blitz magazine and checking the school listing in the back as you may find something else.

Usual “check em all out, don’t buy the first thing you see” rules apply. Good luck.

yeh forsure i live in morayfield.

Guess I need to mention this now …

Alfredo del-Brocco is no longer affiliated with Rick Spain. I understand the BJJ and MMA are no longer part of his curriculum either.

Rick Spain currently has affilaited schools on the Gold Coast and in Ipswich, but not in Brisbane proper.
