How do you spin the staff around really fast? 
Hold the stick over your head and just spin yourself around as fast as you can. 
Just kidding. You’re talking about flowers? I’m still getting those down myself. My problem is when I try to go fast I lose control of the stick and start whacking myself in the shins, tripping … it’s ugly.

Where do you learn knew moves and if you can explain to me the correct way of doing the flower.
Actually it’s hard for me to explain … mostly because I’m just learning myself. Also I’m at work and if I start doing “air stick” my coworkers will look at me like I’ve completely lost it.
It’s better to have someone show you. My only tips would be, keep your elbows close to your sides and place your hands comfortably on the stick – not too far apart, not too close together – so you can have better control. Good luck!
