Nice vid.
I highly doubt it’s from a movie or an instructional video. It looks to me like a demo film, possibly of the type to document various styles (traditional and modern) that were shot sometime in the 1970s (and '80s) in mainland China, many of which were filmed with professional cinematography very similar to Hong Kong KF movies. Although this one could possibly be from as early as the 1950s or '60s. Too bad the vid’s original sound/music (if it had any) were replaced with modern action music, as it makes it harder to pinpoint the era it was made.
