Seminars designed to
· be taken in succession or separately
· give both beginner and advance students an understanding of Chinese Wrestling
· compliment both traditional and modern arts, (as well internal and external martial arts)
· be applicable in Self-defense and Tournament environments
PART I- THROWING TECHNIQUES, October 10th
PART II -STRIKING TO THROWING, October 31st
PART III-JOINT LOCKING TO THROWING, November 14th
Mats and Spare Throwing Jackets will be available. We suggest towels be brought.
$65 per 3 hour seminar or $180 for all 3
Seminars will be taught by Senior Instructors sanctioned by both US and Taiwanese Shuai Jiao associations.
