I have to go in for work tomorrow so I won’t be able to make anything that might have been coming together tomorrow. Fa_Jing, WaterDragon and I should be working out Tuesday and Wednesday this week, if you wanted to (or were able to) come down and train for a bit. I’d love to meet ya.

I may not be training this week guys. We took the kids to the Dunes yesterday, and I’m a crispy critter. My feet are burnt so bad they are swollen. I don’t even know if I’m going to work tomorrow. Not fun
