anyone know the benefits from taking this root? how does it help the body and chi i got some information that it helps the immune system… any other information would be helpfull.. thank you..

I know a few people that use astragalus for immune system enhancement in teas and elixirs.I’m not sure if it has another use or not,but those are the two uses i’m aware of.
