arthritis/joint jow

here is a dit da jow formula given to me for my mother who suffers from swelling joint and painful arthritis. my herbalist gave me this formula for her.
if you want a strong gal. 1oz of each herb will be fine, and if you want 1/2gal down to 2/5th then 18g of each will be fine.
i beleive it can be used for bursitis or any other type of rhumatoid arthritis, also sore joints and stiff in the winter joints i think it would really help. i imagine you could have good luck by adding the jow after it has aged to hot water and soaking the hands for arthritis in the finger joints. just wanted to pass this formula along for everyone. i know arthritis can be painful so i want to help anyone if i can.

dude thanks a lot.

I have tennis elbow at the moment in my left arm. Earlier this year I had golfers elbow & carpel tunnel in my right.

That was caused by doing the KTA handgripper program which is way too high volume IMHO.

Anyway I think the latest elbow problem is just from bad posture - leaning my arm over the back of seats etc.

So I have an enforced lay off of 2-3 weeks for my left arm from weight training.

I found some Tui Na stuff which I will use with my Jow.
