The school is pretty close to me so I’m inclined to check it out. I don’t have a lot of experience in the internals so I’m wondering if anyone here knows anything about these guys. I’ve heard that there are quite a few “bad” internal schools out there so I want to be on the safe side.

I bassically went to the Tai Chi section as I am more familiar with those arts.
Looks very much like a mixed cup of tea to me.
Personally, I don’t like the use of sashes & ranks, but that sez nothing about their skill though.
Their Chen TJQ seemed to have some yang flavour in it.
Pls, note, I am basing this on the few pics on the site that I could see Chen movements and stances.
I know nothing about the people in those pics nor their skill levels.
Personally, I can’t tell from the web-site alone if what they teach is good or not.
