Anyone know of any TC schools in this area focussed on both meditation and martial aspects of tai chi chuan?

Wu Shen Tao, we have a great teacher from Shanghai- Liu Xiao Ling. He teaches Yang, Wudang, Chen and some other forms (I don’t know too much about tai chi though so I don’t have any more specifics). The school is right outside DC and on the metro line.

With D.C. to your south Passed germantown and passed Damascus area there should be a red sign by the side of the road Tai Chi Kung Fu. the next intersection is Comus Road. Left on to Comus road, then go 1 and onethnth miles. at the far end of a brown six foot tall fence there’s an opening. The parkinglot is at the bottom of the driveway.
